Have you ever gotten a postcard, a birthday card, a DVD, anything in the mail from me?

Maybe a “congrats on LOAD” gift? Or a little chocolate?

If so, I’m asking for your help… I’m a contestant in an “innovative marketing” contest. Would you please pop over here and check out my entry:

http://www.firepolemarketing.com/blog/

It’s the one entitled “Marketing with Chocolates and Birthday Cards.” If you could Facebook “Like” it, tweet it, or leave a comment, I would so appreciate it. We are judged on the interaction with the audience, so each tweet and retweet counts!

Thank you so much!

P.S. If you haven’t EVER gotten anything from me, something is seriously wrong. Email me at lain@layoutaday.com with your address and the subject line “Where’s the Love?” I’ll make sure you’re taken care of. :)

Love the postal card received and the little notebook. So nice to receive something “real” from someone I know by the web!!

      Yay!!! :)

      Glad you got it! :) I try, I try… ;)

  • Lynn Mercurio

Same with me…loved the Welcome postcard – I still have it.  I’m sentimental that way. =)

Lain… am I doing something wrong??? everytime I click on the blog link listed above – it  takes me to a ‘soap box’ web page???  Unfortunately, I’m not on facebook. Can I help some other way?

      UGH. Sorry about the confusion.
He set his blog to go on “strike” today so no one can access the posts. It’ll be back tomorrow. :( If you tried to go over and couldn’t get there, please leave a comment on THIS page. I’ll refer him here to see how many people love me! LOL!

Lain, same thing happened to me.  It was such a lovely surprise to receive your welcome  postcard in mail all the way from the USA, it made me feel special and like Lynn I still have my postcard too.

Hurray! :) That’s what I’m hoping – that you each will know how special you are!!!!

I agree with the others here – I got a Welcome postcard from you for Scrap Happy which is still sitting on my magnet board over my desk because it makes me happy! I also got a sweet LOAD notepad and at least another postcard or a tag for participating in LOAD which was a lovely surprise. Oh yes, and you sent some stickers and also a bumper sticker too which is somewhere here in this room – it was all so sweet to get through the post and your handwritten comments made it all so personal. I’ve kept it all! :-)

I’ve gotten several postcards from you, and I have some little LOAD memos that I use all the time.  I think my favorite thing I’ve gotten from you is my pair of official “Snippets” scissors :)

    • LisaInRe

Oh gosh, yes! I’d forgotten the scissors! They were perfect!!!

  • Rita

OK Lain… will leave comment here… I’ve rec’d a few things from you and every one of them has made me smile and feel like part of your family. Definitely from your heart. Thanks. Rita

Heehee – I have to tell you – apparently our paypal account is in my husband’s name (Sam Rua) instead of mine (Peggie Allen) so at Christmas a package arrives – hand addressed, mind you, in what appeared to be a youthful hand (how old is your youngest elf?) – in Sam’s name.  He hesitantly opened it, not at all sure if it might be a bomb or something (!), and grew even more confused at the Scrap Happy tote (and other goodies) inside! Luckily, he turned it over to me. It could have made for an unpleasant holiday if he’d kept MY scrappin’ stuff from me!
    Thank you Lain!

      TOO FUNNY!
My daughter, Kinsey, sometimes helps me address envelopes and such for her allowance. She’s 11. ;) I want a photo of your husband with that bag! :)
