One Sketch 3 Ways!

Using a sketch is a great way to create scrapbook pages you love.

It’s important to consider how the sketch can be adapted to fit your photos, supplies and story. Does the sketch feature a vertical photo, but you only have a horizontal? You can adapt a sketch to suit your needs.

For April the ScrapHappy members used this sketch:

Often when we see a sketch it can be hard to determine how it will work for our photos, that’s why we have 3 examples showing how you can adapt this sketch to make your perfect layout.

First up is Alice Boll. Alice used the circles on the sketch to add soft florals to the layout.

Misty Murphy rotated the image to suit her horizontal photo.

Teresa Smith rotated the sketch and used repeated use of circles as part of her theme.

Hopefully these examples show how easy it can be to adjust a sketch to fit your photos, supplies and story!

If you’d like more information about ScrapHappy membership you can find that HERE. We have monthly sketch challenges and so many more activities to get you scrapbooking and telling your stories.

Happy scrapping!
